Glock 17

A Glock 17 is the primary weapon used by FBI Agent Emerson Hauser (Sam Neill). It is also used by Cal Sweeney (Eric Johnson) in episode 4, Donovan (Frank Whaley) in episode 8 and Tommy Madsen (David Hoflin) in episode 13.

Emerson Hauser (Sam Neill) uses a Colt M1911 in "Pilot" (S1E01). A Colt M1911 is used by Guy Hastings (Jim Parrack) in "Guy Hastings" (S1E05) and Paxton Petty (James Pizzinato) in "Paxton Petty" (S1E06). Rebecca Madsen (Sarah Jones) also briefly holds it in "Guy Hastings".

Smith & Wesson Model 19

At the beginning of "Pilot" (S1E01), two Alcatraz guard in 1963 (Paul Jarrett and Greyston Holt) carry Smith & Wesson Model 19 revolvers when they enter the prison.

A Winchester Model 70 was used by Ernest Cobb (Joe Egender) in "Ernest Cobb" (S1E02). In the same episode, Edwin James (Jonny Coyne), the warden of Alcatraz, is seen taking target practice with a Winchester during a flashback.
