Paul Renner (Daniel Roesner) uses a Heckler & Koch P30 as his sidearm throughout the season.
Walther P88C
As usual, Semir Gerkhan (Erdogan Atalay) uses a Walther P88C as his service pistol.
Glock 17
Through the episode "Most Wanted" the FBI agents are armed with Glock 17s. Later they lend the same models to Semir and Paul (In some of the scenes they apparently used airsoft replicas)

Jenny Dorn (Katrin Heß) carries a Heckler & Koch P2000 in episode "Most Wanted".
Walther P99
