The three assassins (Gary Daniels, Geoffrey Ross and Bokeem Woodbine) Damon hires are using various AR-15-type weapons in the film. All three actors are seen with all three variants. Sometimes the weapons change hands even within the same scene, causing numerous continuity errors in the film.

The Beretta 92SB is used by the majority of characters in the film. Michaels (Gary Daniels) uses a 92SB as his secondary weapon. FBI Agent Hobbs (Mario Van Peebles) and Agent "Jimmy" (Jordan Belfi) is also seen with Berettas at the market in the climax of the film.
