A Walk Among the Tombstones is a 2014 crime thriller directed by Scott Frank (Godless, The Lookout) and was based on the 1992 novel of the same name written by Lawrence Block. Set during the year 1999, the film stars Liam Neeson as Matthew Scudder, a former cop now working as an unlicensed private investigator who is hired to look into the disappearance and subsequent murder of a drug dealer. Matthew Scudder is the main character of a series of Block's novels, which included 8 Million Ways to Die, that was turned into a 1986 feature film with Jeff Bridges in the role.

Ray (David Harbour) also uses a Beretta 92FS in the film, most notably after the exchange at the cemetery.

Jericho 941 RB Compact

One of the robbers uses a stainless Jericho 941 RB Compact during scene in the beginning of the film that takes place in 1991. It is doubtful a criminal would have had a compact Jericho 941 in 1991, since the pistol was first imported in the US in 1990, and the compact models were developed some time later. The Jericho turns into a American Tactical Imports FS9 in a continuity error.

One of the robbers' stainless Jericho 941 RB Compact turns into an American Tactical Imports FS9 (the US import version of the TiSAS Zigana Sport) in a continuity error. The FS9 is also highly anachronistic, since the TiSAS Zigana Sport was only introduced in 2005, and the company, TiSAS, was established in 1993.
