A Certain Scientific Railgun (2009 - 2010)

The following weapons were used in the anime series A Certain Scientific Railgun:

Pistols

Beretta 92FS

In a flashback, a man attempting to rob a post office/bank that Kuroko Shirai, Kazari Uiharu, and Mii Konori happen to be in uses a Beretta 92FS.

Beretta 92FS - 9x19mm
Mii uses her Clairvoyance ability to see the Beretta concealed in the robber's pocket. (Ep.5)
The robber fires his 92FS into the air to announce his intentions... (Ep.5)
...and holds it on the staff and customers; Mii is on the far right. (Ep.5)
The Beretta slides across the floor as Kuroko tackles him. (Ep.5)

M1911

Aside from Tsuguo Hebitani's Model 29, all firearms used by Big Spider are M1911s. Although they love to threaten people with them, they aren't the type to actually kill people, as the gang did not start out as violent as it has become under Hebitani's rule. As such, most of them are too hesitant to actually open fire with them. The hammers are never depicted as cocked (a requirement to fire an M1911), though as they're never fired it's a bit of a non-issue.

Colt M1911A1 - .45 ACP
A Big Spider member threatens an esper with his M1911. Note that the gun is mirrored. (Ep.15)
A Big Spider member aims his M1911 at Wataru Kurozuma, before having it knocked away. (Ep.15)
Another member aims his M1911 at Wataru from behind. Note that the dust cover oddly extends to the end of the slide. (Ep.15)
Wataru wins the standoff through sheer intimidation. (Ep.15)
Kuroko uses her signature combat move of teleporting her spikes directly into objects to put this thing pretending to be an M1911 out of its misery. (Ep.16)
Assuming they were all this deformed, Kuroko is doing the world a service. (Ep.16)
Using her Clairvoyance, Mii spots a still-concealed M1911 that escaped Kuroko's spikes. (Ep.16)
Surprising its owner and prying it from his hand, Mii discovers it's actually a well-proportioned M1911. (Ep.16)
As such she saves it from Kuroko's spikes by confiscating it... (Ep.16)
...and tucking into her skirt, before putting down its owner with his own stun gun. (Ep.16)

Revolvers

Smith & Wesson Model 29

The current leader of the Big Spider gang, Tsuguo Hebitani, carries a Smith & Wesson Model 29, which he loves to wave around and threaten his own people with, especially if they question his claim to being Wataru Kurozuma, who was in fact Big Spider's previous leader.

Tsuguo holds his revolver as he's introduced. (Ep.15)
Tsuguo levels his Model 29 at his men in annoyance... (Ep.15)
...and commands them to be more intimidating. (Ep.15)
Tsuguo contemplates what to do about an old acquaintance not actually being dead. (Ep.15)
Tsuguo tells his men to go kill the "other" Kurozuma. (Ep.16)
Showing that he really does only use it to threaten his own men, Tsuguo literally only uses it for this purpose during the final battle. (Ep.16)

Assault Rifles

SIG SG 552

Anti-Skill, Academy City's SWAT-style security agency, uses SIG SG 552s fitted with Aimpoint CompM2 sights and flashlights as their standard issue rifle. The rifles' handguards are notably longer than the real one, closer to an SG 551, though this is a consistently depicted feature and seems to be an intentional artistic liberty.

Tsuzuri fires her own SG 552 while on the move. (OP2)
While Anti-Skill is gearing up to take down Big Spider several members are seen passing by with their SIGs, though the rifles are not otherwise seen during the raid. (Ep.16)
Aiho fires her SIG one-handed at Therestina's Green Marble unit during the finale... (Ep.24)
...while Tsuzuri fires her own with her eyes closed, making a pouty face and cute noises. (Ep.24)

Heavy Weapons

Fictional Rotary Grenade Launcher

Therestina Kihara Lifeline and her Multi Active Rescue troops, who wear HsPs-15 powered suits, are armed with a rotary grenade launcher as their primary weapon, notably against Mikoto Misaka, then against Kuroko Shirai and Mitsuko Kongou. As always, such a weapon is based on (or at least inspired by) the Milkor MGL.

A high explosive round sails past an incapacitated Mikoto's head... (Ep.23)

Deciding that her inability to aim makes the situation more interesting, Therestina unloads her grenade launcher in Mikoto's general direction. (Ep.23)
A member of Brown Marble squad takes aim out of the back of his truck at Harumi Kiyama's Lamborghini. (Ep.24)
While complaining about Kuroko stealing her lines, Mitsuko Kongou gets interrupted by a pair of grenade launchers. (Ep.24)
Kuroko saves Mitsuko by teleporting her spikes into the launcher... (Ep.24)
...which causes it to explode. Mitsuko returns the favour by blasting both enemies away with her wind-based Aero Hand ability. (Ep.24)
Mitsuko sends another henchman flying with a gust of wind. (Ep.24)
Green Marble gets delayed by Aiho and Tsuzuri's Anti-Skill squad. Note that the non-armoured MAR members appear to use the same SG 552s as Anti-Skill, which does make sense with them both being government agencies. (Ep.24)

GE M134 Minigun

Multi Active Rescue Mitsubishi UH-60J helicopters are armed with chin-mounted GE M134 Miniguns in place of what is normally a camera, though how a rescue service could possibly justify this is anyone's guess.

Grenades

Model 7290 Flashbang

In the OVA episode "Since Misaka-san is the Center of Attention Right Now..." (set after Episode 14), Anti-Skill member Asako Jounan uses a Model 7290 flashbang grenade to create a diversion. Although she visibly pulls the pin, the spoon remains firmly attached after the grenade is thrown.
