71: Into the Fire (2010)

The following weapons were seen in the film 71: Into the Fire:


M1 Garand

Most of the South Korean, US, and student soldiers use M1 Garand rifles. The rifle is shown extensively as the students train with their new rifles.

Most of the North Korean soldiers use Mosin Nagant rifles.

SKS

The SKS is seen briefly in the hands of North Korean soldiers.

Russian Simonov Type 45 aka the Russian SKS rifle - 7.62x39mm. The Russian SKS has a milled receiver and a blade bayonet. The rifles were issued with hardwood or laminated stocks. This example has a hardwood stock.

PPSh-41

Some North Korean soldiers and some students are seen wielding the PPSh-41 submachine-gun. Most notably Kap-jo at the end of the film.

The Nambu Type 14 pistol can be seen in the hands of several North Korean Officers. Most notably Mu-Rang carries one.
