24 - Season 6
The following weapons were used in Season 6 of 24:
Heckler & Koch USP Compact 9mm
Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) uses a Heckler & Koch USP Compact, chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum, throughout the whole series of Season 6, in both sound suppressed and unsuppressed form.
TRIVIA: There were only two H&K USP Compacts used by Kiefer Sutherland through the entire run of the series. This was because Kiefer is a method actor and did not like to change props. He only wore 3 real kevlar bullet proof vests through out all 8 seasons. (IMFDB thanks The Golden Closet for providing the documentation on this gun.)

Glock 17
Curtis Manning (Roger R. Cross) uses a Glock 17, chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum. Also used by Mike Doyle (Rick Schroeder) until he switches to the Beretta Px4 Storm.
M16A2
During the arrival of Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) at least 4 military personal prepare to take aggressive action with M16A2 assault rifles if Jack doesn't cooperate during 6:00 A.M. - 7:00 A.M. This is also carried by the Palmdale Prison guards during 8:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M.
M4A1
During the arrival of Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland), several soldiers prepare to take aggressive action with M4 assault rifles if Jack doesn't cooperate. The CTU tactical team also uses M4A1 Assault Rifles with a Foregrip, M68 sight, and a tactical light) in various episodes.
Jericho 941
Abu Fayed (Adoni Maropis) uses a IWI Jericho 941 FL Polimer Frame, chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum in both suppressed and unsuppressed form.
Beretta 92FS
Ahmed Amar (Kal Penn) uses a Beretta 92FS while taking the Wallace family hostage during 7:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. This pistol was also used by both of Phillip Bauer's (James Cromwell) men during the Season 6 Finale (4:00 A.M - 6:00 A.M.).
Browning M2
Some guards in the Palmdale Prison have Browning M2 heavy machine guns mounted on there humvees preparing to move the prisoners on the plane during 8:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M.
Remington 870
The guards outside the detention facility are carrying Remington 870 12 guage shotguns during 8:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M.
Walther P99
Used by one of Abu Fayed's (Adoni Maropis) men during 9:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. when Ray Wallace (Raphael Sbarge) delivers the package.
Heckler & Koch HK416
Some members of the CTU tactical team use Heckler & Koch HK416 Assault Rifles with Foregrips, M68 sights, and tactical lights during the episode "9:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M.".
Steyr SPP
Used by some of Phillip Bauer's James Cromwell men during 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.
SIG Sauer P229
Heckler & Kock MP5K
Used by several CTU Tactical members during the rescue of Morris O'Brian during 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M.
Mossberg 590 (Compact Cruiser)
Used by Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) during the rescue of Morris O'Brian during 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M.
Makarov PM
Used by Russian Embassy guards and by Jack to kill several Russian guards at the Russian Consulate during 6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Beretta PX4 Storm
Mike Doyle (Rick Schroder) uses a Beretta Px4 Storm, chambered in .40 Smith & Wesson (14 rounds), throughout the later part of Season 6, in both suppressed and unsuppressed form, after pulling it from a CTU truck. The PX4 is also used by Jack Bauer during the attack on CTU by the Chinese.
SIG Sauer P228
Used by CTU security personnel and field agents.
Glock 18
The lead mercenary Zhou (Ian Anthony Dale) uses a Glock 18 with a stainless slide, and 33 Round magazine while breaking into CTU during 3:00 A.M. - 4:00 A.M.
Heckler & Koch G36C
While Zhou (Ian Anthony Dale) and the Chinese mercenaries break into CTU Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) takes a Beretta Px4 from a dead CTU guard (Terry Savage) shoots the mercenary and picks up his H&K G36C with a C-More reflex sight, and Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) also shoots a mercenary with a MP5K folding stock version trying to break in to Josh (Evan Ellingson), and Marilyns Bauer's (Rena Sofer) barricade during 2:00 A.M. - 3:00
In one of the scenes during the CTU attack where Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) is alone, he can be seen without a magazine in his H&K G36C whilst aiming down the sights checking an open area for hostiles.
A.M. This rifle is also used by one of Abu Fayed's (Adoni Maropis) guards in 7:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M.
Heckler & Koch UMP
One of Zhou's mercenaries uses a Heckler & Koch UMP with his stock unfolded while securing the area during 3:00 A.M. - 4:00 A.M.
Heckler & Koch MP5K(PDW)
Two of Zhou's mercenaries uses a PDW (Personal Defense Weapon) version Heckler & Koch MP5K with their stocks unfolded during 3:00 A.M. - 4:00 A.M. link title
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) uses a Heckler & Koch MP7A1 at the oil refinery shooting oil barrels during his aerial assault then hands the gun off to Bill Buchanan (James Morrison) during the rescue of Josh Bauer (Evan Ellingson) in the Season Finale (5:00 A.M - 6:00 A.M.) of the sixth season.
AK Variants
Several AKs are used by Russian Embassy guards, a shorter version used to notably hit Jack in the face.
Springfield 1911
Philip Bauer uses a Springfield 1911 with a Custom Slide that I think said "PROFESSIONAL CAL 45".
