Jack then takes a USP Compact from CTU's armory in episode 2 and uses it to kill Davros in episode 4.

A NYPD officer uses a Beretta 92FS when responding to the scene of Jack treating Victors gunshot wound in episode 1. In episode 4 one of President Hassan's bodyguards Tarin Faroush (T.J. Ramini) , who is now dazed and confused from the IED, aims his Beretta 92FS at Cole Ortiz, almost mistaking him as the assassin. In episode 8 "11:00 P.M. - 12:00 P.M.", Jack takes it off of one of Bazhaev's men to kill 2 of Bazhaev's guards before he gets knocked down with a blast of shotgun from Bazhaev. Beretta 92FS's are also used by Nabeel (Hrach Titizian) and the driver, these are taken by Tarin when he breaks free. Also used by one of Vladimir's men, to point it at Renee Walker to check if she carried a weapon when she meets Vladimir in episode 5 "8:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. ".

M141 SMAW-D

Davros (Doug Hutchison) uses a M141 SMAW-D to destroy a CTU helicopter in episode 1.

Note: Agent Cole Ortiz (Freddie Prinze, Jr.) asked why the CTU drones anti missile countermeasures did not protect the helicopter. That is because the M141 SMAW-D fires 83mm unguided rockets. It does not lock on to the heat of the engine or any type countermeasure. Later on however it is referred to as a Stinger, even though it isn't.

Davros takes his eye off the M141 SMAW-D sight the helicopter is destroyed in episode 1.

In the episode 4 "7:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M." CTU agent Cole Ortiz (Freddie Prinze, Jr.) is seen using a Glock 17 when in pursuit of the assassin Davros. Davros (Doug Hutchison) himself also uses a Glock 17 when he attempts to kill President Hassan and Ortiz. These appear to be CTU NY standard issue, as both Cole Ortiz and that agent who gets taken hostage by Marcos.

A Generation 3 Glock 17 9x19mm. Note the finger grooves, thumb reliefs, and accessory rail on the frame, which differentiate it from the older model.

M4A1

In episode 2 "5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M." a couple of M4A1s with EOTech holographic sights, flashlights, and forward hand grips are seen in gun racks in New York CTU's armory when Jack goes in to illegally obtain a USP Compact and a couple of magazines before he goes off to follow up on Chloe's lead on the whereabouts of the assassin Davros (Doug Hutchison). These rifles are also the main tactical weapons for New York CTU SWAT team members as well as NYPD ESU.

Walther P99

Near the end of episode 2 "5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M." the assassin Davros (Doug Hutchison) uses a suppressed Walther P99 to intimidate a friend and partner Jim, an NYPD Sergeant, and his wife Maggie revealing who he truly is. When Jim refuses to comply with Davros' order, Davros shoots Maggie in the leg missing her knee cap and stating that "next time I won't miss the bone." In the beginning of episode 3 "6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M." after Jim does what Davros wants, Davros then uses his suppressed Walther P99 and kills both Jim and Maggie, cleaning up loss ends.

Josef aim's his Vektor at Dr. Levine

Cole shoots Laitanan's men

Unkown Suppressed Pistol

Near the end of episode 6 "9:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M." Sergei Bazhaev (Jürgen Prochnow) uses an unknown suppressed pistol. It looks like a Beretta Cougar but not 100% sure.

It looked more like a Walther PPK to me.--Pølaris 17:27, 5 February 2010 (UTC) Beretta Cougar is what I think.
It looks too small to be a beretta cougar, looks like a Walther P5, not a PPK.--Pølaris 21:39, 1 March 2010 (UTC)

Steyr SPP

Jack commandeers a Steyr SPP and uses it to kill a one of Bazhaev's men in episode 8 "11:00 P.M. - 12:00 P.M.".

H&K USP Tactical

During episode 12 "3:00 A.M. - 4:00 A.M." Tarin Faroush (T.J. Ramini) uses what looks like an H&K USP Tactical when he escapes the hotel with President Hassan's daughter. During their escape Faroush uses the USP Tactical and kills four NYPD ESU officers, before making their escape.

H&K USP Tactical - 9x19mm (with thread protector cap)
It looked more like a MK23 to me.--Pølaris 20:21, 23 March 2010 (UTC)

Trivia: I think it was kinda bullcrap that Tarin Faroush manages to kill four NYPD ESU officers with a pistol even though they were wearing body armour. That is unless the pistol is loaded with armour piercing rounds.

Glock 19

In episode 13 "4:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M." Renee Walker gets a Glock 19 out of a bag in Jack's apartment to go save him.
