21 Jump Street is the 2012 feature film adaptation of the Johnny Depp-starring television series of the same name. A more comedic take on the subject matter, the film stars Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill.
The following firearms can be seen in the film 21 Jump Street:
Pistols
Glock 17
Both Officers Jenko (Channing Tatum) and Schmidt (Jonah Hill) wield Generation 4 Glock 17s in a trailer. A couple of Glocks can also be seen lying on a bed in the same trailer.
Springfield Armory XD
A couple of Springfield Armory XDs can also be seen lying next to the Glock 17 in the trailer. Eric (Dave Franco), a high school student/drug dealer, can be seen holding a pistol on Jenko and Schmidt in the trailer. He calls it a Springfield .45 during the scene in the movie.
Beretta 92FS
Jenko (Channing Tatum) and Schmidt (Jonah Hill) wields Beretta 92FS pistols during a training exercise. A member of the One Percenters biker gang also carries a Beretta.
Beretta 92FS Inox
Another member of the One Percenters biker gang carries a Beretta 92FS Inox with an extended magazine.
SIG-Sauer P229 (Two-tone)
Mr. Walters (Rob Riggle) carries a stainless two-tone SIG-Sauer P229.
COP .357 Derringer
Found in the glove compartment of a commandeered car and used by Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum).

Smith & Wesson Model 500
Used by a member of One Percenters the biker gang.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
Carried by the leader of the biker gang at the end of the film.
Sa. Vz. 61 Skorpion
Carried by a biker at the end of the film.

Serbu Super Shorty
A Serbu Super Shorty shotgun can be seen lying on the bed in the trailer. Officer Schmidt (Jonah Hill) can be seen chambering the shotgun.
