1899 is a Netflix Original series that premiered on November 17, 2022. It is a period, science fiction, mystery series that revolves around the passengers aboard the ship Kerberos, who are sailing to New York City while in the wake of not knowing the fate of the ship Prometheus. It is a multilingual series, with characters speaking English, German, French, Danish, Cantonese, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, and Norwegian.
