Walther P99

The Walther P99 appears in the game as the "Wolfram P2K", and can be fitted with a silencer but is always silenced in the PS1 version. It is Bond's standard-issue weapon, and is available in all single-player missions. Enemies also carry the P99 as a back up weapon if they are disarmed.

Colt Anaconda

The Colt Anaconda appears in the game as the "Mustang .44", and is fitted with a frame-mounted scope.

Desert Eagle Mark XIX

The Desert Eagle Mark XIX, chambered in .50 AE and with a stainless steel finish, appears in the the PS1 game as the "IAC Defender" and in N64 game as the "Raptor Magnum", where it is fitted with a frame-mounted laser sight. The Desert Eagle present in the game is the Mark XIX variant (noted by the barrel-mounted rails) in .50 Action Express (noted by the non-fluted barrel) and with the teardrop safety of the Mark I variant.

M202 FLASH

The M202 FLASH appears in the game as the "AT-420 Sentinel", though there are a few inaccuracies. It is incorrectly depicted as firing laser guided missiles. The four shot clip is shown extending from the front of the weapon instead of from the rear, there are no grips or sights, and there is only one hinged cover in the front (there should be a second one in the back to act as a stock).
