Assuming it is this since it was seen briefly and was distingished by the top rails. Used by the guards.
Glock Unknown
Seen used by the police that arrested Jensen.
Sawed off Double Barrel Shotgun
Hennessey (Joan Allen) keeps this weapon under her desk attached to a spinning mount so she can point easily at whoever is standing in front of her. She does this when she told the guards to take off Jensen's cuffs off to establish a little nice about her but she was prepared if Jensen wanted to move on her.

Used by guards on Jensen Ames (Jason Statham) once.

It seemed easier to list the guns on the vehicles instead of vice-versa.
