Mafia: The Old Country is an upcoming open-world action-adventure video game, and a prequel to Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven. It is currently being developed by Hangar 13 with publisher 2K Games, and is set to release in 2025. Set in early 1900s Sicily, the game will explore the early days of the original mafia- the Cosa Nostra, a criminal society stepped in strict codes of honor, ritual, and brutal violence.

The following weapons appear in the video game Mafia: The Old Country:

Handguns

Bodeo Model 1899

The trailer shows off the top strap of a Bodeo M1889 for a brief moment. It can also be faintly seen in a screenshot uploaded to the official Steam page. The lack of a trigger guard seems to suggest it's a "Trooper" model.

Shotguns

Browning Auto 5

A screenshot uploaded to the official Steam page shows the distinctive "humpback" of a Browning Auto-5 laid against a car.

Sawed-off Double Barrel Shotgun

An iconic and emblematic mafia weapon, the Sawed-off Double Barrel Shotgun, commonly known as a "Lupara", is seen in both the pre-rendered cinematic trailer and in a screenshot uploaded to the official Steam page.
