Mafia: The Old Country is an upcoming open-world action-adventure video game, and a prequel to Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven. It is currently being developed by Hangar 13 with publisher 2K Games, with no known release date as of yet. Set in early 1900s Sicily, the game will explore the early days of the original mafia- the Cosa Nostra, a criminal society stepped in strict codes of honor, ritual, and brutal violence.

Sawed-off Double Barrel Shotgun

An iconic and emblematic mafia weapon, the Sawed-off Double Barrel Shotgun, commonly known as a "Lupara", is seen in both the pre-rendered cinematic trailer and in a screenshot uploaded to the official Steam page.
