Pistols
SIG-Sauer P229 (Custom)
Colonel John Casey (Adam Baldwin) carries the custom SIG-Sauer P229 as his sidearm in Season 2. The SIG is fitted with Crimson Trace laser grips, and with the flat surfaces polished on the slide, as well as the controls, trigger, and hammer.
SIG-Sauer P239
Fulcrum Agent Sylvia Arculin (Jenny McCarthy) pulls a suppressed SIG-Sauer P239 in "Chuck Versus the Suburbs" (S2E13). CIA Agent Alex Forrest (Tricia Helfer) is seen cleaning and wielding a stainless slide SIG-Sauer P239 in "Chuck Versus the Broken Heart" (S2E18).
SIG-Sauer P232
In "Chuck Versus the Seduction" (S2E02), Roan Montgomery (John Larroquette) is seen holding a stainless SIG-Sauer P232 on Sasha Banachek or "The Black Widow". Please note the smooth curvature of the trigger guard. Another P232 is also seen being held by him in Chuck's flash of him, when shown his file by Sarah.
Smith & Wesson 5906
Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski) continues to carry the Smith & Wesson 5906 as her sidearm.
Flashpaper Smith & Wesson 5906
Now and then, Sarah will use a flashpaper version of her gun in close quarters, so as to not injure other cast members, or in professional buildings and such where there may be a noise ordnance.
Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith"
Jill Roberts (Jordana Brewster) pulls a Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith" on Chuck in "Chuck Versus the Gravitron" (S2E08).
Smith & Wesson 945PC
In "Chuck Versus Santa Claus" (S2E11), Lt. Frank Mauser (Michael Rooker) is armed with what appears to be a Smith & Wesson 945 Performance Center in his hunt for Sarah in the Christmas tree lot.
Beretta 950 Jetfire (nickel)
Sarah puts a nickel Beretta 950 Jetfire in her boot in "Chuck Versus the Fat Lady" (S2E07).
Beretta 92FS
A suppressed Beretta 92FS is used by a member of Casey's team in "Chuck Versus the Ring" (S2E22).
Barcode Scanner Gun
Casey's Buy More acceptable covert weapon of choice hidden inside a barcode scanner. First seen in "Chuck Versus the Cougars" (S2E04), the weapon appears to be a stainless slide Glock 17 (due to the external extractor on the slide).
Colt XSE 1911
A Colt XSE 1911 similar to one seen in the film Mr. & Mrs. Smith is used by Leader (Patrick Kilpatrick) and Jill Roberts (Jordana Brewster) in "Chuck Versus the Gravitron" (S2E08).
FN Five-seveN
The FN Five-seveN is the weapon of choice for operatives of the Ring. Equipped with tactical lights on their rails, Ring spies use the FN Five-seveN in "Chuck Versus the Ring" (S2E22).
Glock 17
Several Glock 17's (sometimes with suppressors) are also used by Fulcrum agents in "Chuck Versus the Colonel" (S2E21) and "Chuck Versus the Ring" (S2E22).
Glock 17 (Stainless Slide)
The Glock 17 variant with the stainless slide is a frequent weapon often dual-wielded by spies in the series. MI6 agent Cole Barker (Jonathan Cake) is seen dual-wielding stainless slide Glocks in "Chuck Versus the Beefcake" (S2E15).
Glock 21
The Glock 21 (suppressed and unsuppressed) is used by Vincent Smith (Arnold Vosloo) in several Season 2 episodes including "Chuck Versus the Dream Job" and "Chuck Versus the Colonel" (S2E21). Both Sarah and Casey take Glocks off of Fulcrum agents and point them at each other in "Chuck Versus the Colonel" (S2E21).
Glock 26 (Tranq Gun)
What appears to be a Glock 26 modified to fire tranquilizer darts is used by Chuck in "Chuck Versus the Dream Job". In "Chuck Versus the Break-Up" (S2E18), CIA Agent Alex Forrest (Tricia Helfer) also is seen using the Glock variant to fire tranquilizer darts.
Heckler & Koch USP
One of the sheik's associates wields the Heckler & Koch USP in "Chuck Versus the DeLorean" (S2E10).
Heckler & Koch USP (Stainless Slide)
The USP with a stainless slide is also a frequently used handgun in the series. In "Chuck Versus the Predator" (S2E19), Vincent Smith (Arnold Vosloo) holds Chuck at gunpoint with this USP variant.
Heckler & Koch USP Expert
MI6 Agent Cole Barker (Jonathan Cake) is seen handing a Heckler & Koch USP Expert to Chuck in "Chuck Versus the Lethal Weapon" (S2E16).
Makarov PM
Several Russian Mob thugs are seen threatening with suppressed Makarov PM pistols in "Chuck Versus the Cougars" (S2E04).
Makarov PM (Stainless)
In Season 2's "Chuck Versus the Seduction" (S2E02), Sasha Banicheck (Melinda Clarke) is seen using a suppressed stainless Makarov PM.
Ruger KP90
A suppressed Ruger KP90 is held in "Chuck Versus the Lethal Weapon" (S2E16).
Safari Matchmaster
Alexander Winterborne (Mark Pellegrino) under the guise of working for "Tuttle Electric" pulls a silver Safari Arms Matchmaster .45ACP with a silver suppressor and wood grips in "Chuck Versus the Fat Lady" (S2E07). He is seen later holding Jill Roberts (Jordana Brewster) hostage with it.
STI Edge 4.0
The STI Edge 4.0 is used by Fulcrum "Leader" (Patrick Kilpatrick) in "Chuck Versus the Gravitron" (S2E08).
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 625
In "Chuck Versus Santa Clause", Noseless Ned Ryerson pulls what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 625 to hold Chuck and the others hostage in the Buy More. Devon Woodcomb (Ryan McPartlin) is later seen holding the revolver.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
The Heckler & Koch MP5A2 with SureFire dedicated forend weaponlights is used in Season 2.
Heckler & Koch MP5SD3
The Heckler & Koch MP5SD3 is seen in the hands of one of Ted Roark's men in Season 2's finale "Chuck Versus the Ring" (S2E22).
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The Heckler & Koch MP5Ks is seen in Season 2.
MAC-11
In "Chuck Versus the First Date" (S2E01), the men employed by Mr. Colt (Michael Clarke Duncan) are armed with MAC-11 submachine guns fitted with suppressors when they confront Chuck and Sarah at the Chinese restaurant.
Rifles
Colt M4A1 Carbine
The Colt M4A1 is the main rifle used by members of the CIA strike team, often outfitted with a variety of optics (Trijicon 4x ACOG scope, Aimpoint CompM2 red dot, and/or EOTech 552 holographic weapon sight), and SureFire tactical weapon lights.
Heckler & Koch G36C
Mr. Colt's men carry the Heckler & Koch G36C equipped with various accessories (one has a suppressor) in "Chuck Versus the First Date" (S2E01).
Sniper Rifles
Remington 700PSS
A Remington 700PSS is used by one of the sheik's guards in "Chuck Versus the Delorean" (S2E10).
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
A Mossberg 500 is carried by Casey in "Chuck Versus the First Date" (S2E01).
Mossberg 590 Cruiser
When an intruder is detected in "Castle", Sarah picks up a Mossberg 590 Cruiser fitted with a heat shield in "Chuck Versus the Lethal Weapon" (S2E16).
Mossberg 590A1 (Short Barrel)
Ted Roark (Chevy Chase) takes what appears to be a short barrel variant of the Mossberg 590A1 shotgun from a fellow Fulcrum agent when crashing Ellie and Devon's wedding in Season 2's finale "Chuck Versus the Ring" (S2E22).
Other
Opening Credits Pistol
A pistol is seen in silhouette during the opening credits of each episode of Chuck. This pistol appears to be an amalgamation of a Beretta and a Jericho 941.
Armories and Gun Displays
"Castle"
Beginning in "Chuck Versus the Seduction" (S2E02), a new facility is introduced codenamed "Castle". "Castle" is the underground CIA/NSA substation where Sarah, Casey, Chuck, and Morgan communicate with their superiors (mainly General Diane Beckman). Castle is located underground somewhere between the former Orange-Orange and the current Buy More. It is comprised of a main area for team debriefing, a video conference room for federal debriefs comprised of a series of large computer screens, 2 prisoner wings (1 solitary, 1 bulletproof acrylic holding cells), 1 interrogation wing, a Dojo for martial arts practice, an armory with a huge selection of weapons including 3+ Casey custom SIG P229s, a shooting range, and a scientific analytical laboratory, 1 wing that was used for the National Clandestine Service with maximum security holding cells, now it is used as a maximum security prisoner holding facility.
Gunrunner Armory
Throughout several episodes of the show, usually whenever Chuck "flashes" on gun-runners or other criminals, the Intersect shows him pictures of large armory rooms full of guns. All of these images are pictures of the weapons vault of Independent Studio Services, the company which supplies the weapons and other props used on Chuck.
