Men of War is a 1994 action film starring Dolph Lundgren as the leader of a group of mercenaries who are hired by a mining corporation to clear the natives off of a Pacific island. As the mercenaries spend more time with the tribe of natives, they must decide whether to go through with their mission or side with the locals against the company that hired them. The film was directed by Perry Lang.
The following weapons were used in the film Men of War:
Handguns
Beretta 92FS Inox
Jimmy G (Anthony John Denison) is seen carrying a ridiculous amount of handguns in the film including a Beretta 92FS Inox with a two-tone slide and barrel as well as black grips.
CZ 83
Jimmy G also carries a pair of CZ 83 pistols which he keeps in one ankle holster.
Glock 19
Keefer (Trevor Goddard) uses a Glock 19 throughout the movie, often holding it at some pretty interesting angles.
Smith & Wesson Model 629
Jimmy G (Anthony John Denison) appears to carry a Smith & Wesson Model 629 with wood grips as his primary handgun.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
In addition to his S&W 629, his two-tone Beretta, and his twin CZ-83's, Jimmy G also has to give up a Smith & Wesson Model 36 before entering a bar.
Rifles
M16A1
M16A1s are used by several mercenaries including Jimmy G (Anthony John Denison), Grace Lashield (Catherine Bell), Nolan (Don Harvey) and Ocker (Tim Guinee). About a half of Keefer's men are also armed with M16s (the rest carry Type 56s). Most of the rifles have magazines taped together "jungle style".
M16 with M203 Grenade Launcher
Jimmy G (Anthony John Denison) has an M203 Grenade Launcher attached to his M16A1.
Norinco Type 56
Many of Keefer's men, including Goldmouth (Aldo Sambrell), use early-model Type 56 rifles (without under-folding bayonets).
Fake SVD Dragunov
A fake SVD (actually an early Type 56 rifle fitted with a Dragunov-style handguard, barrel, and a short AK magazine) is used by Jamaal (Tom Wright), often without a scope attached.
Shotguns
Armsel Striker-12
Nick Gunar (Dolph Lundgren) uses an Armsel Striker 12 gauge shotgun fitted with a muzzle brake as his primary weapon throughout the film.
Heavy Weapons
Carl Gustav Recoilless Rifle
The Carl Gustav Recoilless Rifle is one of the more notable weapons used in the film. It is mentioned by name by both Grace Lashield (Catherine Bell) and Col. Merrick (Kevin Tighe), who correctly point out that it originates from Sweden. The dangers of being behind the weapon whilst it is fired are also shown, with the backblast incinerating one of Keefer's goons as he tries to sneak up on Gunar from behind (a process that also somehow immobilizes him rigidly on the spot). The Carl Gustav is used by Nick Gunar (Dolph Lundgren), Grace Lashield (Catherine Bell) and Keefer (Trevor Goddard).
M60
Blades (Tommy "Tiny" Lister) carries an M60 machine gun, which is taken from him by Nick Gunar (Dolph Lundgren) in one scene.
M67 Grenade
A few of the mercenaries carry what appear to be M67 Hand Grenades.
M26 Grenade
Most of the mercenaries are seen carrying M26 Hand Grenades along with their rifles.
