Canaan (Japanese: カナン Kanan, originally titled 428 the animation ") is a 13-episode animated sequel to a bonus scenario written by TYPE-MOON (of Fate series fame) for the visual novel game 428: Shibuya Scramble. Taking place two years after the events in Shibuya, Tokyo, Maria Osawa, and Minoru Minorikawa, who were caught up in the center of the events of Shibuya, are tasked with documenting an annual anti-terrorist conference in Shanghai, China. Things go awry when the same group responsible for the attack in Shibuya appears in the festival, alongside a mysterious person who helped Maria in the past, Canaan.

The following weapons were used in the anime series Canaan:

SPOILERS.jpg WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!

Pistols

Beretta 93R

In Episode 4, "Lingering Sunset", a young Canaan uses a Beretta 93R while training under Siam. She doesn't use the foregrip.

Canaan attaches the slide to the Beretta 93R. The internals of the frame seem to lack certain details, but given how elusive the pistol is this (especially the time the anime was created) is understandable.

Canaan chambers her pistol after loading the magazine while sitting next to Siam.
An angered Canaan charges Alphard, giving a good closeup of the barrel.

Beretta Px4 Storm

Canaan's weapon of choice is a Beretta Px4 Storm Type G ("Type G" indicating the SA/DA variant with a decocker and no manual safety) with an OD-Green Frame.

Canaan chambers the Px4 Storm in the OP sequence, "Mind as Judgement". The barrel is correctly depicted as moving independently from the slide.
Her Px4 covered in rust and a red cat's cradle string in the ED sequence, "My Heaven".
Canaan flashes her Px4 to Yunyun in Episode 1, "Evil, Flood-Colored City". Note the uncocked hammer.
Canaan with Px4 in hand hides with Maria Osawa while evading the Snake organization terrorists in Shanghai in Episode 1.
Composite panning shot of Canaan aiming at Alphard inside a public function's washroom in Episode 4, "Lingering Sunset".
The Px4 being fired by Canaan in Episode 6, "Love & Piece" and Episode 12, "The Seasonal Train" respectively. Note her red eyes from using her "Synesthesia" ability.
Canaan performs a tactical reload in Episode 1 and later in Episode 12.
Canaan's Px4 falls off the Xingjiang passanger train in Episode 13, "The Promised Land"...
...which then lands in the hands of Alphard (who somehow manages to sever her own arm with several shots directly to it).
Canaan cleans and performs maintenance on her Px4 in Episode 2, "Worthless Games". She chamber checks her pistol before detaching its slide...
...then removes the barrel and recoil spring. In the bottom image in Episode 13, a similar scene happens while she resides in her new home in Bologna.

FN Five-seveN USG

Alphard Alshua's weapon of choice is a FN Five-seveN USG.

Makarov PM

Liang Qi uses a Makarov PM (as evidenced by the standard PM grips). Given the setting it would have made more sense for her to use the Type 59.

Norinco Type 54

What appears to be a military-grade Norinco Type 54 (without added safety) is used primarily by the Snake organization terrorists. Given the setting it is likely the creators intended it be the Type 54 as opposed to the Tokarev TT-33.
