Who Can Kill a Child? (Spanish: ¿Quién puede matar a un niño?''), released theatrically as Island of the Damned in the US, and Would You Kill A Child?, Death Is Child's Play (original release) and Island of Death (1979 re-release) in the UK, is a 1976 Spanish horror film directed by Narciso Ibáñez Serrador. The film follows an English couple vacationing in Spain, who find an island inhabited by homicidal children.

The following weapons were used in the film Who Can Kill a Child?:

Handguns

Smith & Wesson .32 Hand Ejector Third Model

When trying to get a hold of weapons to use against the barricaded couple inside the Civil Guard Coast Guard unit garrison, one of the homicidal children inspects the holster of a dead Civil Guard agent and proceeds to take a Smith & Wesson .32 Hand Ejector Third Model. The revolver is later used by a smaller child helped by other children to fit in a small window space in order to get a clear shot at the barricaded couple. Since the movie was filmed in Spain, the revolver is likely a Spanish copy of a Smith & Wesson (like the "Ruby Extra" by Gabilondo, "Alfa" by Armero Especialistas Reunidas, and various models by Orbea Hermanos).

Submachine Guns

Star Model Z-45

When seeking shelter from the homicidal children in a Civil Guard Coast Guard unit garrison, Tom (Lewis Fiander) finds the corpse of a Civil Guard holding on to a Star Model Z-45. He proceeds to use it in self-defense when one of the homicidal children aims a revolver at them. Tom keeps using the submachine gun to ward off the children and guns down an entire group of them standing in his way. He eventually discards it after it seemingly runs out of ammunition. Another Star Model Z-45 is seen when the homicidal children board the Civil Guard patrol boat and unload its arsenal.
