This Means War is a 2012 romantic action-comedy directed by McG and starring Chris Pine, Tom Hardy and Reese Witherspoon. Two CIA agents and best friends inadvertently begin dating the same woman and use their CIA skills and resources to both one-up and sabotage the other.
The following weapons were used in the film This Means War:
Handguns
SIG-Sauer P226
Both Franklin Delano Roosevelt "FDR" Foster (Chris Pine) and Tuck Hansen (Tom Hardy) carry SIG-Sauer P226 pistols. Karl Heinrich (Til Schweiger) uses one for much of the film as well.
Alternate scene
Glock 17
Some of Karl Heinrich's henchmen are armed with Glock 17s in both the final cut and alternate scenes.
Alternate scene
Kimber Compact II
In a very quick shot, Heinrich's helicopter pilot (uncredited) draws what appears to be a Kimber Compact II.
Jericho 941
One of Ivan's (Mike Dopud) henchman (uncredited) draws a Jericho 941.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
Ivan (Mike Dopud) draws a Smith & Wesson Model 36 from an ankle holster.
Glock 19
Tuck uses a Glock 19 to shoot down a MQ-9 Predator drone.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
Tuck grabs a henchman's Heckler & Koch MP7A1 in the opening gunfight.
Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion
FDR fires a Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion during the ending of the theatrical/extended cut. It appears to be a remnant of an earlier cut, since in the theatrical/extended cut, he never obtains the Skorpion.
Alternate scene
Heckler & Koch MP5A5
In a deleted scene, Tuck fires a Heckler & Koch MP5A5 with a KAC railed forend, RIS foregrip, UMP-style buttstock and ELCAN optic. (Most of the indoor scenes were filmed in the Vancouver area.)
Shotguns
Sawn-off Remington 870 Field Gun
Ivan's henchman (uncredited) tosses Ivan a sawn-off Remington 870 Field Gun.
Mossberg 500
Tuck takes a Mossberg 500 from a henchman in an alternate scene.
Rifles/Carbines
M4A1
FDR and Tuck use an M4A1 carbine in a deleted scene. The carbine is equipped with an ACOG, foregrip and weapon light. A henchman uses one in an alternate scene.
Remington 700PSS
Tuck uses a Remington 700PSS modified to fire tranquilizer darts.
Other
Flame thrower
Lauren (Reese Witherspoon) uses a flame thrower as part of her job as a product tester.
Paintball guns
Tuck takes Lauren (Reese Witherspoon) in one scene. Various types of paintball guns are seen.
P226 magazine
In an alternate scene, Tuck is forced to shoot FDR, but shoot him where he knows he keeps his spare magazines. While it's possible a pistol mag may have stopped a pistol round, it's unlikely the magazine would still be able to function afterwards.
