The Man (Josh Hartnett) opens Sin City with the assassination of a beautiful woman in red with an equally beautiful silenced M1911A1 pistol. Marv (Mickey Rourke) also makes use of an M1911A1 he takes from the hit men that come after him in Kadie's Bar.
