- David Lynch as FBI Supervisory Special Agent Gordon Cole reinstates Dale Cooper played by Kyle MacLaughlan as an FBI agent by handing him the Bureau's new 10mm sidearm in Episode 25 of "Twin Peaks." The FBI used the new sidearms in the early 90's before it encounter field problems and was replaced.
