A Colt Gold Cup National Match is used by a yakuza wakashu in "Moving".
Glock 17
The Glock 17 was seen with one of Sunagawa's men, first seen in "You Mean a Hitman...?"
Glock 19
The Glock 19 is seen in "Moving". The Cord uses it in "Cheerio", but doesn't get a shot off.
Luger P 08
The Luger P 08 is seen in "A Wonderful Life" with Hiroshi Hamada.
M1911A1

Mk 22 Mod 0 "Hush Puppy"
The Mk 22 Mod 0 "Hush Puppy" is seen throughout the anime as the personal (and preferred) sidearm of Hiroshi Suzuki. At one point, he mentions his pistol to be the Hush Puppy by name when comparing the Hood's suppressed PPK. In "24 Hours", the driver known as Yoko Sato disarms Hiroshi of his pistol.

A Nighthawk Custom-made Colt M1911A1 is The Fable/Akira Sato's signature weapon.

A Remington Double Derringer is used by Hiroshi as his backup sidearm.

A stainless Smith & Wesson Model 36 is seen in "A Wonderful Night" with Takeshi Ebihara, being his preferred sidearm.
Smith & Wesson 360PD Airlite
Hina uses the Smith & Wesson 360PD Airlite in "Horn". It was previously seen in some arms acquired by Utsubo with Hiroshi in "The ABCs of Villainy". Hiroshi uses it in "Starry Sky Lullaby" to take down Utsubo.
Grenades
M67 hand grenade
A M67 hand grenade is used by Hiroshi in "Doorstep Man" to rig a door as an improvised explosive. Utsubo uses them in "Starry Sky Lullaby".
Improvised Smoke Grenade
Akira uses improvised smoke grenades when the situation calls for it.
Mines
TM-46
The TM-46 anti-tank mine appears to be used by Utsubo in a trap in "Starry Sky Lullaby". The episode hints that Utsubo got it from arms dealers in mainland Southeast Asia.
