Cul-de-sac (1966)

Cul-de-sac is a 1966 British black comedy-thriller film directed by Roman Polanski and starring Donald Pleasence, Lionel Stander, Françoise Dorléac, and Jack MacGowran.

Two crooks on the lam take a man and his wife hostage in an 11th century seaside castle in Northumberland, England. What results is a series of psychological games between captors and hostages, building to an inevitably violent conclusion.

Throughout the film, Richard, aka "Dickey" (Lionel Stander), carries a Webley Bulldog.

12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun

Throughout the film, various characters get their hands on a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun.

An unexpected guest, Philip Fairweather (Robert Dorning), arrives with a double barreled shotgun.
Nicholas (Trevor Delaney) grabs the loaded shotgun, much to the distress of the other guests.

M1928 Thompson

Throughout the film, Dickey keeps a M1928 Thompson in his car. He most notably uses it during the finale.
