WIP
All weapons in-game may resemble real life weapons but are not supposed to be them, and instead are completely fictional. Most weapons only have one reload, which is usually treated as an empty reload. Chibi models often have mirrored 3d models. When viewing other characters shooting from alternate angles, their chibi version's 3d model is used. Some characters have bugged animations for the their default skins, but their alternate skins have the correct animations.
Pistols
Submachineguns
CZ Scorpion Evo 3
The character Nero, added as a playable character during the "Nya Nya Paradise" event, uses a CZ Scorpion Evo 3 with an integral suppressor (which is named "Meow Meow"). The fire selector appears to be toward the rear instead of the top and the SMG uses the Laugo M8A stock. The foregrip resembles pistol grips such as the US PALM AK Grip or the TDI-ARMS ERG AK Grip.
FN P90
D, added during the "License to Kill" event, appears to use an FN P90, which is named "Storm Eye". It is fitted with an EFFEN 90 (XF50 Tri-Rail) upper receiver and mounts a Trijicon SRS. The forend is reminiscent of the Dan Haga Designs/Haga Defense P90 M-LOK Handguards, although it appears to be two separate units instead of one whole unit ( a suppressor with breaching spikes and a laser module). Her partner, K, uses fictional twin SMGs which somewhat resemble the front end of the P90 and feed from similar magazines.
Shotguns
Molot Vepr-12
Neve was added in the event "Miracle Snow". Her shotgun, named "Hibernation" appears to be a heavily modified Vepr-12. The fire selector on the right side of the shotgun is based on the Fostech Echo AK-47 Selector Plate + Echo AK Selector Lever (this combination was also used for Diesel's RPK-74M (although they were drawn by different artists). The stock most closely resembles the one used on the 2012/2014 prototype AK-12. The pistol grips bears some resemblance to the AGS-74 PRO Stage 2, although the palm shelf is very different. Its bolt release is entirely different and now is on the side of the shotgun instead of the bottom. The magazine well is flared similarly to the Dissident Arms modified Veprs. The magazines resemble SGM Tactical magazines, albeit the design looks more like the Saiga-12 10-rounders, and the floor plate vaguely resembles one used for AR-pattern rifles (such as the Strike Industries EMP+5). The charging handle has a ZenitCo RP-1, the handstop resembles a skeletonized Strike Industries LINK Angled Handstop, and the laser/light modual vaguely resembles an AN/PEQ-15. The top cover somewhat resembles the Sureshot MK3, while the section of picatinny rail above the gas tube resembles a reversed rear section of the CNC Guns Custom AK-74 Modernization Kit. The overall barrel and handguard configuration has elements of the various custom Vepr-12 rifles Dissident Arms creates. The muzzle brake appears to be fictitious; it shares elements with both the JMac Customs RRD-2C-14-S (twin vents and flat top) and the Tromix Shark 2 (angled ports), while its overall size and shape is similar to the DB TAC shotgun muzzle brakes such as the MZ-1811-870-B or MZ-1811-M500-B. The muzzle brake in reality might damage the very thin angled picatinny rail surrounding it.
Assault and Battle Rifles
HS Produkt VHS-K2
Added during the "Sea, You, Again" event, Helm: Aquamarine's rifle, called "Battleship", appears to be a heavily stylized HS Produkt VHS-K2 with a elements of the Springfield Armory Hellion. It feeds from an AK-style magazine with rear release similar to the Vepr, but retains the dovetail mount, similar to the below image of the ZenitCo Kochevnik (albeit on the opposite side of the rifle).
CSGC QBZ-95
Added in the "Dirty Backyard" event, Moran uses a QBZ-95. Named "Dragon Head", it is fitted with a T97.ca Gen 1 FTU and mounts a Axion Kobra EKP-8-18. Although in reality the front iron sight is part of the standard upper receiver, her rifle has it attached to the barrel.
Machineguns
Kalashnikov Concern RPK-74M
Diesel's weapon, "Wanderlust", is modeled after the RPK-74M. The top handguard has ribbing in the opposite direction of its real counterpart, and the lower handguard has been extended into the barrel, with its design is reminiscent of the girder on the L86A1 LSW. The stock is similar to the standard RPK-74 stock (with the dovetail cutout on the opposite end), although its silhouette is reminiscent of the ZenitCo PT-3 stock. The pistol grip appears to be an AK-12 grip with added bumps. Like with the Vepr-12, the selector appears to be replaced by Fostech Echo AK-47 Selector Plate + Echo AK Selector Lever. Also like the Vepr, there is an addition of a fictional bolt hold open/release on the side. The magazines are designed as smooth black 45-rounders instead of the ribbed 45-round 6L26 magazines. The charging handle appears to be a tiny bump instead of flanging out like on the real machine gun (although this could be just the forced perspective in Live2D messing up). Similarly to the Scorpion EVO 3, the foregrip resembles pistol grips such as the US PALM AK Grip or the TDI-ARMS ERG AK Grip (although these were drawn by different artists). The laser module appears to be vaguely based on the ZenitCo Perst-4.
Sniper Rifles
RSAF Boys Anti-Tank Rifle
A weapon most closely resembling the Boys anti-tank rifle was added with the character Helm during the "No Caller ID" event. Her rifle, called "Honorable", has a more conventionally angled pistol grip, a DShK heavy machine gun anti-aircraft sight fitted as a front sight, and its rear grip appears to be a cross between the one on the TTS Xceed and the Barrett M107.
