Red 2
|
Red 2 is the 2013 sequel to 2010's Red. Bruce Willis returns as "Retired, Extremely Dangerous" former CIA operative Frank Moses, who has been informed he is once again targeted for elimination, this time by his old colleague Victoria (Helen Mirren) because of the discovery of a mission involving a long missing scientist and a Cold War-era nuclear weapon. The film was directed by Dean Parisot, and John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker, and Brian Cox return for the sequel, and are joined this time by Catherine Zeta-Jones and Anthony Hopkins.
The following weapons were used in the film Red 2:
Handguns
Para-Ordnance Black Ops
Frank Moses (Bruce Willis) appears to use a Para-Ordnance Black Ops throughout the film.

Edward Bradley (Anthony Hopkins) uses a Beretta 92FS in the film. French National Police and RAID officers are also armed with the Beretta 92FS.
Note: The French National Police in reality issue a slightly different model Beretta (92G). The 92G is externally the same as the 92FS but the decocker does not work as a manual safety.
Beretta 92FS Inox
When Victoria pulls dual pistols during the car chase, her Taurus PT99 appears to switch to a Beretta 92FS Inox in some scenes.
Makarov PM
SVR Major General Katya Petrokovich (Catherine Zeta-Jones), and the Moscow Police carry Makarov PM pistols.
Glock 17
Jack Horton (Neal McDonough) uses a suppressed Glock 17 pistol at the Yankee White facility.
Glock 34
Victoria (Helen Mirren) uses a Taurus PT92 and a Glock 34. Han Jo-Bae also is seen wielding a Glock.
Kel-Tec PF-9
Victoria pulls a Kel-Tec PF-9 as a distraction at the Iranian Embassy in Paris.
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Sarah Ross (Mary-Louise Parker) as well as Frank.
SIG-Sauer P232 SL
A SIG-Sauer P232 SL pistol is given to Sarah Ross by Frank Moses. It has a gold trigger and hammer.
Smith & Wesson Model 460V
Boggs is once again seen using a 5" barreled Smith & Wesson Model 460V revolver that he had carried in the original film.
Taurus PT92
Victoria (Helen Mirren) uses a Taurus PT92 along with a Glock during the car chase.
Tokarev TT-33
A Tokarev TT-33 is wielded by Dr. Edward Bailey (Anthony Hopkins).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
Victoria Winters (Helen Mirren) fires a Heckler & Koch MP7A1 with a red dot sight.
Heckler & Koch UMP9
Han Jo-Bae takes up a Heckler & Koch UMP9. Sarah (Mary-Louise Parker) also uses one in Venezuela.
Micro Uzi
The Frog (David Thewlis) is seen using a Micro Uzi.
Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion
Dr. Edward Bailey (Anthony Hopkins) is seen wielding a Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion.
Shotguns
Winchester 1300 Defender
Marvin is seen with a Winchester 1300 Defender during his rescue of Frank at the Yankee White facility. He later gives the shotgun for Frank to use.
Serbu Super Shorty (Remington 870)
After giving his Winchester shotgun to Frank, Marvin takes up a Serbu Super Shorty made from the Remington 870.
Rifles
AKS-74U
SVR Major General Katya Petrokovich (Catherine Zeta-Jones) holds an AKS-74U on the team in the Kremlin. Katya's guards in Paris also have this gun.
AK-74M
When an execution is set up, Russian operators appear to be armed with AK-74Ms. Frank also is seen with the rifle.
AK-104
Moscow police appear to carry AK-104 rifles in the film.

Colt M16A2
US troops and guards appear to be armed with the M16A2.
Sniper Rifles
Accuracy International AX338
Victoria uses a suppressed Accuracy International AX338 sniper rifle when rescuing Moses and the others from the Russians. Also, a close-up of the AX's trigger is shown when Victoria is actually using a Remington 700 AICS.
Remington 700 AICS
Victoria (Helen Mirren) is seen with a suppressed Remington 700 mounted on an Accuracy International Chassis System.
Accuracy International L96A1
In some scenes, Victoria's rifle changes from a Remington 700 action to an actual Accuracy International L96A1.
Machine Guns
General Dynamics GAU-17/A
The assassin Han Jo-Bae (Byung-hun Lee) opens fire with a custom prop or a conventional machine gun dressed up to appear as a GAU-17/A. There is a brief shot of the weapon from the right flank where the receiver is clearly flat and rectangular, with the rotating dummy barrels appearing to surround a central real barrel. The ammunition (if real) is positioned on the left side of the gun, feeding into what would be the main drive motor of a real Minigun. This positioning makes sense for a conventional machine gun dressed up as a Minigun.
Other
Han Jo-Bae has a cache of weapons on a bed.
