Runaway Jury (2003)

Runaway Jury is the 2003 feature film adaptation of the John Grisham novel of the same name. John Cusack stars in the film as Nicholas Easter, an ordinary salesclerk who finds himself on the jury of a high profile case involving a firearms company. Gene Hackman co-stars as Rankin Fitch, the high-powered jury consultant who uses whatever means necessary to secure jurors who will make a favorable ruling for the companies. Directed by Gary Fleder, the film's cast includes Dustin Hoffman and Rachel Weisz.

Vicksburg Arms "Performa 990A"

The fictional pistol used in a deadly shooting is named the "Performa 990A" manufactured by the fictional Vicksburg Arms company. This pistol has an extended magazine and bears a resemblance to both the Wilkinson Arms Linda Pistol and the Heckler & Koch Mark 23.
