Glock 17
The Glock 17 Generation 3 is seen in the hands of the kidnappers/assassins targeting Ai Shindou. It lacks the picatinny rail flats much like the HK416D. It is also used by Kei Hieda and a bodyguard during the climax.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
PMC operatives and the PMC Captain use the Heckler & Koch USP Compact pistols as their standard sidearms. They appear to be fitted with 10-rounder magazines with compact floorplates.

Vince Ingrado draws a Jericho 941 F on Kaori Makimura during the climax.
SIG-Sauer P230SL
Shinji Mikuni uses a SIG-Sauer P230SL during the climax.
Unknown Pistol
Tokyo Metropolitan Police are seen with unknown pistols in their holsters. They don't appear to be Nambu Model 60 revolvers due to the flat buttplates.
